Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. you contact us at littlereds3demporium@gmail.com with images of your concerns.

 

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 3D printed items as they are made to order, however we do accept returns on other items as long as they are in the same condition they were dispatched in and have not been opened / partially used 


Refunds
We will happily issue a refund on damaged, incorrect or lost orders as an alternative for replacements if that is the buyers preferred outcome, however we will need proof of the issue before we can approve a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
